Fiveblessings I've realized that just quiting outright is extremely hard and sets me up for failure so, am going to try the cutting back method. Today my goal is only smoking six. Then tomorrow five etc..I'll see how that works for me. Really need to purchase some nicotine product (like gum) to give me some nicotine in between. Happy 4th to you and have a great weekend!!
