Lea2 Hi Lea, Good luck!! You are on the right path and it will get easier. Are you on the patch though? I swear by the patch. I couldn't quit cold turkey. The withdrawal is really hard and the patch makes it smoother and you don't feel the lighthead, the dizzy, feeling like you are in a fog...drinks tons of water! YOU CAN DO IT...keep thinking ahead...hour by hour. I'm on day 62...lovin' it and I smell better too! Julie
