Judy96 Just checking in to let everyone know that I have quit smoking ...I did get the patches and they helped so much ....plus I have been using an electronic cigarette ...since my husband had his double lung transplant I finally made up my mind that I had to quit so he can come back home with no smoking around ....he had a set back and begin to build fluid ...they say that's normal ....he had to leave the guest house attached to the hospital and admit himself back in to the hospital....he had to have surgery to drain the fluid ....spent 2 days in ICU again ....now is in a room ...and maybe will get to go back to the guest house in 2 or 3 days...I am living proof you can quit cause I smoked for 37 years ....had my last cigarette on Dec. 4th ...Hang in there everyone and take care and Merry Christmas
