Sandra3 Thank you very much for your comment 😃 Just before though, i just thought i might give you some advice on getting your 19 year old son to quit just as a few tips that i have used. When my Mother found out i smoked when i was 17, she didnt talk to me for a week and was ashamed of me. So i wouldnt recommend these tactics that some parents use. As a smoker yourself i understand that you have lived through it and you can do what someone else did to me that wanted me to stop smoking. It was simply EXPLAIN to them the life you have had with smoking, the good points and the bad points (usually the bad points outweigh the good) and then say 'its up to you. You can smoke all you want or stop'. I found this to work for me as well as reading a book (which i could send to your email if you wanted it) Best of luck and once again thank you very much for your lovely comment - I really want to quit and im off to work which is the hardest place to quit when u get breaks for smoking. But i dont wanna smell like them 😃 Anyway, Well done for your 100 days nearly!! Hugs, Jordan
