Elizabeth17 I have smoked for about 45 years. If I can do it I know you can. I just bought a jar of Dry roasted sunflower kernels (salted) If I eat just one at a time, they'll surly last for the next 2 days. My lips were starting to pucker from all the salt on the shells.:)
