Lonita see i told u... lolol. me to. i been having them also but for me i think its my time in so im do, that lil nico guy has to play freakin games with me haha, and the weather. i reli think its the weather for me. hot, relaxing a drink here and there, out doors. but, i wont cave i no,but i always stay one step ahead of myself. i rather protect it then lose it u no.. my mom quit 15 yrs, till she died she got urges, but not once did she ever smoke. and it does pass like everything eles,& itll get easier,even she said so :)))
