Strudel Thank you Strudel. Reading Carr's book is the best thing that has happened to me in regards to my smoking. There are other areas of my life that require attention and are of great concern, however I believe I'm now in a position to do better in those areas now that I'm a non-smoker. I'd like to thank the community here for support they have given and encouragement too as this is something I just couldn't do on my own. I think I might be starting to learn when and how to ask for assistance. that in and of itself is a big step for me. Thank you. Happy healing!
