Ben3 thanks Ben, congrats to you too, 36 days is great. how have you been feeling? this week i had a bad cold so it was easy to not smoke (and spent way too much time sleping which is why i havent been around) but today i could breathe easily and so i wanted a cigarette how backwards is that?
