My quit date was December 29th 2009.....my girlfriend stopped along with me....it has been a rough road for the last ALMOST 3 weeks.....but now I can actually taste all the foods i eat and i enjoy eatin more now LOL 🙂 I can breathe easier.....even though I don't care to smell half of the nasty s*** in the air.......i'm just takin it day by day and hope that you are successful in your journey...I am here to help you along the way if you need anything....be strong!!!!!
