Jennifer55 Don't beat yourself up about not being able to quit for your sons sake cause it's not that easy. The nicotine has such control over a certain part of our brain that we have no control anymore. My 8 year old daughter tells me to quit all the time, it still hasn't stopped me cause I don;t have the control over that part of my brain, just like everyone else on here. It's a drug, thats why I wrote in one of the things that I now know what I druggie feels like, cause it's just as hard to quit smoking as it is to quit doing drugs. So don't beat yourself up, it's uncontrolable thing right now, but maybe you should try the patch, I am going to as soon as I can. You never know it could be the thing to help us both.
