patrick-marsh Hey Patrick, Well life hasn't improved much, but my quit is going great. When I was stressed my friend told me I should go back a pack of cigs(not a very good friend) especially since she kows how my moods are. Well I just ignored the comment . I am now 78 days quit, yay, pretty proud of myself 🙂 Hope your dong well not only with your quit, but life in general. ALways good to hear from you Take care, Jean
