CindyWilson I did read all those things before and during my quit and i agree and understand with everything i read. I'm really not trying to make any excuses. It's just that i know myself and right now i have big worries about my mother who is 89 yrs. old and not in good health plus other things going on my life that is causing me to have alot of stress. I know i will be able to quit again, and probably stay quit, when the time is right for me.
