Sootie Hi Sootie! things are going Ok around here. Even when they are not so great, at least I'm not smoking 🙂 I've been indoors more than i like to be, but the music helps. I got the 5K onthe tread mill one day last week in 29 minutes, and was lucky enough to get outside yesterday and chug out a 6 miler. ( I do take a water break at 3.75 miles) . I am sorry about your extreme weather, I know it is tougher, but I know you like your punching bag which helps.Spring is coming soon (I hope) Have a great smoke free day.
