idnar61 Thursday Dec 29,2016, I came home from work and found my husband having a heart attack. We have both been smokers for 35 plus years and the doctors said if my husband smoke even 1 more cigarette he will be back in the hospital repeating what we just went thru. We both enjoyed smoking and had no plans on ever quitting until this happened. We have both quit smoking with the help of patches and lozenges and have not smoked in 7 days.. I just want to say that we are committed to quit but it is not very easy , even with all that happened and the smoke aides. We are taking it one day at a time and will continue to be smoke free with the love and support of family and friends.
