grismarley511 I became an ex on 22 Nov 2010 (I think ... it may have been Nov 17) .... I have done pretty good until recently ... now my "friends" are smoking more around me and I t see it has become a trigger for desire !!! But I shall over come. I have to. I have twin daughters counting on me... so I continue to ... Keep Hope Alive !!!
