Jennifer-Quit-05-01-14 Yes, I am with you still. I have been on again off again for several months. I seem to be able to quit, but not stay quit. Since I have been doing this since 2010, I don't like to discuss it when I know that I'm doing poorly with not staying off the sticks. I am successful in every other area of my life except this one. With or without help, I seem to not be able to stay quit. I've set my next quit for Monday morning. So, here I go again. The one thing I know I'm doing wrong is probably not contacting EX before I take that first puff. You're coming up on a year in May! Congrats on having such a great quit!
