jv_ Thank you for the welcome, jv. I am very excited about belonging to this group. I keep relapsing on my "quits", but it is just my mind buying into the illusion of panic and fear of coping without my crutch. It is definitely an illusion, because all smoking really does is pull me down and keep me from being all that I can be. I started over today, and I found this group on the very day that I started over. I cannot help but feel that it was Divine guidance to help me stay quit, this time! love and light to you, too!
