My quit day is this Wednesday...I have been taking chantix since last wed.and tracking my smoking here.The calender has helped me cut back as I know I can do better everyday.Would love the support of a non smoker as Im about ready to hit the non smoker stage myself.I have tried 6 other times and yeah always went back.I have never went through the steps that I am this time tracking logging etc.
