I'm sorry to read you've slipped (again). I would like you to think of something here - it takes 72 hours to get that nicotine out of your system. The first week is called HELL week for a reason. How many more times are you going to subject yourself to HELL week before you stand strong and refuse to give in to the nicodemon?
