DONZIE This is my seventh day here ! And I want To say thank you to all the ex community folks that publish and post there inner most thoughts and fears . It lets me know that I will never be alone it this fight for quitting forever. I have the ex community to help me threw it. The program's the posts the blogs the message s of encouragement are all that I could ever have hoped for and I know this is where I was meant to be when I give up smoking. The first day I will be here a lot, but that's ok but hat is what I need. Thank you to all and merry Christmas everyone, and good luck to all for getting past all there addictions one day at a time.
