Edith2 i went cold turkey today and lasted till 1:30 when i just could not take it anymore and had to have a cig, i am going to the doctor monday to see if he can give me anything to help me thru this as i have to quit if i want to have my skin reduction surgery, i had gasteric bypass in 2005 and lost 150 lbs.
