doc9 hi everybody. i'm doc. i am a smoker. have smoked off and on since i was 16. and now i'm sixty-four. i feel great but need to do this. hope the blog helps. only problem is i love to smoke when i am on computer-- so this will be short. best of luck to all of us. sincerely doc
