Jawidge Hi George, how are you? I'm nursing yet another cold as I watch the snow pile up outside my window. I have a few more days left on step 2 (14mg) patch, then on to step 3 (7mg) I admire all of you who didn't require the whole patch program or went CT, but I have always been a little compulsive with directions and all, and this is working for me. I haven't posted lately-guess I feel a little defensive sometimes about using NRT to quit when I read some peoples posts that seem to put it down a little. Silly of me I know, especially since I have not smoked since Nov.21st. Anyhow, I am still lurking about and reading and learning. Have a great afternoon. Dixie -N.O.P.E.
