Amy18 Hello there - I just saw your comment on the board about how much Allen's book has helped you. That makes me so happy. I have sent it to so many people and hope that it strikes a chord within them the way I have been helped by it. I wasn't even that ready to give up but I knew I had to - it was stupid smoking and very inconvenient. Well, just wanted to say CHEERS! and I'm so happy the book helped you - that made ME happy today. Hope the move goes well. Glad you are passing on the torch to others that need support.
