David-Hibling Hey David! It's going great! How are you doing? It has been 7 days!!!! One week ago today I felt like crap and thought that couldn't make it a week! This week has gone by so fast! I am so excited about the coming week too! I even went out to a bar last night and didn't smoke! That was a big trigger for me but I came here and read my reasons why I quit and all of the great blog posts before I went out. With that and a little help from the patch and a pack of gum, I didn't even WANT a cigarette last night! It was a great feeling! I had more fun last night at the bar without the cigs than I have had in a long time even WITH them! 😄 I hope you're having a great day and hope to hear from you soon!
