Dale3 I went a little over a month without a cigarette and then today I caved and bought a pack and you know they didn't even taste that great at first, but then it was so good to have them. Am I ever going to be able to do this? I really want to succeed, as I found over the weekend I have no walking endurance anymore. I was with a friend and I could barely keep up without being very winded. It was really embarassing. I feel like such a loser.
