Sue-Otts Hi Susie Q, i'm doing ok without the patches. i don't really even miss them. i still get some urges to smoke tho. it's more like thoughts of smoking more than cravings. kinda like a dull ache. does that make sense? maybe those won't go away until i quit the gum too. i just don't feel ready to give up the gum yet. i'm soooooooooooo ready for the weekend. i plan to do some yard work and things at home. it's suppose to get to the 70's! finally!
