barbara42 hi barbara, i can hardly believe that i'm on Day 11. today i had to get more patches so i bought the next step, 14 mg instead of the 21 mg. i hope it goes ok. i still chew the gum when a craving comes around. i know i have to get off all of it at some point. hope eveything is going ok for you.
