Edith2 Hi Edith! Thank you for the warm welcome. I am still in the stage of setting a quit date. I've never tried to quit smoking before, so I really don't know what to expect. I never thought it would be "scary" to give up something that's bad for you, but just thinking about a life with no cigs kind of rattles me. I'm 49, and I've been smoking since I was 18; enough is enough, right? Thanks again for the warm welcome.
