Libby Libby, that sounds exactly like what I did! I had a bad day and was really angry at my jerk face boss. I hadn't had a cigarette for 9 months but didn't think one was going to make me go back to smoking. Within a month I was the same as you...right back at it. Did you go through a period where you tried to hide it from everyone? Make excuses to get out of the house so you could smoke? I did. The worst part was when I finally told my kids that I had started smoking again. They both cried and it broke my heart. I don't ever want to have to do that again. Thanks for the nice comment about my daughter and me looking like sisters. That made me feel good!
