ChristianGal4Peace_Mary Hello everyone, thanks for the encouragement. I know I can't believe its been 25 days, I wish I could tell you it was easier but right now it is not. But I have no intention on smoking. I know it will eventually get easier. I never want to go through this quit process again so this is it!!!!! If I am stupid enough to start smoking after my health issues and all the information I have read on all the web sites you all gave me then You can put on my grave stone " TOO STUPID TO CARE" Hope everyone is hanging in their, one moment, one day at a time.. A prayer or 30 doesn't hurt either *s* God Bless and thumbs up to a smoke free life!!!!!
