Craig7 not sure what you mean by "quitting in your trigger zone"? My advce: Smoke your last cigarette, remember it while you smoke it and never pick up another one period. Throw out everything that has to do with cigs and take as much time as you need to get through the triggers! Stay busy - skate 🙂
