Gone Peggy I just read on Deb's site that it sounds like you hurt your back. Is it herniated disks? if so I feel your pain - I have three in my lower back - once you have them - you always do - you just maintain them with exercise and watch the way you move. I have had steriods shots in my back which is the best help. I hope you feel better.
