Missy8 Hey I sent you a couple of PM's!!! I know what you mean about being back in the swing of things. My daughter has been off school for more than two weeks (we had a snow day the Friday before break). It has been so great sleeping in (especially since I was having problems getting to sleep!!) Today I pushed myself back to my PT place and resigned for maintenance. I go there to do my back exerciseses and also I do some weights and the treadmill. It's like an old people's gym but it's cheap and I don't have to try and impress anybody!!! 2009 is going to be our year to get fit!!!! NO SMOKING, EATING WELL AND EXERCISE!!!! LOOKOUT 2009 HERE I COME!!!!!
