joyeuxencore_11-5-12 I'll be back here on Valentine's Day, for day one. I was thinking (you know how we think) if I slip on Valentine's, I'll try again for Lent. Turns out Lent starts the day before. I picked Valentine's because I had a rare heart attack back in 1994, it's a long story, but I just found a survivors group in May. I think I pretended that I didn't have a heart disease, and started smoking again. Now finding this group, it made me realize, I do. I also feel guilty talking about heart attacks and smoking. I know I have to stop is a reality, I'm learning more about hearts and cigarettes, I thought I knew it all already. Thanks again for being so nice to me.
