Nicole23 I say give it a shot! I Did, every day, and every day...I ended up putting it on around 3 or 4 o'clock 🙂 But its the thought that counts, and I tried and I eventually got to a point where it wasnt so bad...just make sure that if you try without it that you keep one with you, so you have no excuses to pic up a cig! Words of encouragement...it really does get better! Keep trying!!
