Hey, so Ive been sitting reading some of your blog entries and boy do I know exactly how you feel. I have been smoke free now since april 14th( yay, me!). It can still be really hard though. If anything can get you through this though...let it be your sweet lil peanut of a baby inside you right now. Im guessing you smoked with your first( I did off and on with mine too, and hated it). Let this pregnancy be the "boot in the arse" you need to kick this horrible habit. You CAN do it, and yes, it does suck, but how much cooler will you feel knowing that you not only did this for you, but for someone else! The patch is good stuff, use it right and youll make it through, I even got to a point where in step 3 I stopped using them. Once you make it through your first 3 days completely nicotene free(patch free) theres no more nicotene in you blood. Your body starts repairing itself, your baby will start getting that extra oxygen he/she has been missing out on! Good Luck!
