Debi12 HIya Debi! Sorry I haven't been so great here the past few days! IT's been pretty crazy. Thanks to you I hooked up on that other chat that Dawn told you about. Pretty cool, huh? I see your feeling really great,,that's really terrific! It's great that you go out walk right where you work or where you are, that's the best way. Just grab every little bit here and there. It all adds up and it really makes a difference in our attitudes (I think, lol) I always try not to get too obsessed with things, and I could,,lol,,so I just do what I can when I can. I try to make it a point to have some time for myself, but it doesn't always happen. Life happens,,lol,,so we just take it as it comes, that's all! I missed your 70th Day milestone!
