Michael7 Hi Micael, I'm Barbara. Just saw your group and wanted to post something to it... don't even know where to begin! So decided to say HI! Yep, September 1st hopefully will be my first non smoking day. I have patchs all lined up...but I think I'm gonna try cold turkey if need be use the patch if it comes to that. I read my Bible daily and feel with Jesus all things are possible. I am so blessed by Him everyday that I have to note that too!
