Brooke11 Have been real busy and have not been on smokefree online in a while or maybe it has been laziness on my part. I guess it doesn't matter as I have not smoked, thought about it a few times but recognize it is that first one that I have control over, WOW over 1/4 of a year smoke free, now to get through today. I have been exercising in the mornings to a dance video that focuses on breathing so that has helped keep the weight off. I haven't been all that hungrey lately either-that could be from break up with bf all that matters is I haven't smoked. Good luck to all in the many trials and tribulations that we go through whether we smoke or not.
