hwc Yes it is 1 year today! I am so happy and still cannot believe I have done this. I still have no desire to smoke and I am grateful to this site for helping me through the rough stuff. I don't come here much any more but I probably should be here for the people who will come after me. Thank you for being part of my recovery from nicotine addiction!
