Fiveblessings I will definately check in everyday. It is going to be hard. But with me working outside all day long and it being so humid here in the summer I need to quit for that alone. It will be hard to breath. It is just time to quit anyway. Been smoking way too long. Pat Robertson used to smoke and he said it will take 21 days to get over a bad habit. So by the end of June I should be doing good. Have you quit yet?
