polly2 Thanks for stopping by & bringing your puppy. He is toooo cute. If I counted right you should be ending up heck week now. Congratulations! Maybe things will be a little easier now. I feel way better than I did a week ago but still have random cravings or triggers hit me like a bolt of lightening out of the blue. That has been my downfall with previous quits. I get through hell week & heck week OK but then that "stinkin' thinkin'" creeps in. I am more educated this time about my addiction so I feel more confident to recognize that type of thinking when it rears it's ugly head. Kudos and happy Independance Day to all of us! Kelli
