6 days=!!! sometimes I feel as though I.'m barely hanging onto my patience.....So far I've used deep breathing..it works then I put a tic tac in my mouth and find something to do. I'm stronger than a cigarette!!!!
Keep going forward, don't allow backwards to be an option. You are MUCH stronger than a bunch of dead leaves wrapped in paper. It does get easier...one day at a time, sometimes, one minute at a time. Keep going.

CONGRATULATIONS, you hit DOUBLE DIGITS today. You are doing great. Absolutely accept all of the support and education you can get, it makes a HUGE difference in the success of a quit. I am really happy for you. Ellen
