As a matter of fact at approximately 12:30 this afternoon I realized that I did not have the patch on and that was even more uplifting as not even a thought entered my mind concerning tobacco. Smoking was (in my mind) my last vice to kick. I am 8 yrs sober and 7 yrs ago I said "now I just need to quit smoking" . Well I / We are certainly on our way.
