Bill195 It's been 17 months now without one puff. Standing near people smoking reminds me how bad I must have smelled to my friends and loved ones. It is so nice to free from that horrible nicotine addiction that held me in it's grip for 35 years. I would always tell myself I would quit on a certain occasion, or only smoke 3 a day. The insanity of bargaining with yourself as a nicotine addict seems so ridiculous to me now. There is no going back for me now, I never thought I would last a week without running to the store and getting my Marlboro nicotine fix.
