fityoganana I am so very sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you, but things have been real hectic around here. i am been out of town for about 2 weeks and unable to get to a computer. I am still not smoking and going on with my quit. It has been a month of not smoking as of October 14th. Yeah for me. This is the longest I have ever gone without smoking.
