Amber11 Amber - I am truly blessed. I have not had any significant urges. Nothing that deep breathing (difficult given the cracked rib) and sips of water. I was so freaked out, having tried quitting before, that I would have some challenges. But no! I guess my success is attributed to all of the steps I took in preparation, like making the list of reasons why and being determined that I cared enough about myself that I really did want to be a non-smoker. So far, so good.
