Traci2 Traci - I hate to admit that I have smoked most of my life, started actively smoking right out of high school. It's taken literally years to work up to this, I have hated it for a long time. This has been the best week ever, the mental conditioning I did working up to the last day has been successful, very little cravings. Plus I've been busy working, so don't have a lot of time to think about it. Being in the car is the most noticeable. That's where I would do the automatic smoking. I'm cleaning out the car this weekend. Looking forward to it being fresh.
