Edith2 Thank you, Edith. I am determined that this is the end for my smoking. My husband died 18 years ago this coming Wed., from lung cancer. Seems ridiculous that I would be smoking after that, huh? I recently started a new business and will be glad to be free from the shame of being a closet smoker and hiding from the affects of smoking, the smell, taste, shame. Thanks for responding, I need all the help I can get!
